Hello, My name is Larry Lin and I am a grade 9(2020) pre-diploma IB student attending Port Moody Secondary School. I am excited and honoured to be able to help not only the frontline health workers and other charities in Canada, but also the young, aspiring English speakers participating in GUM. I enjoy learning new languages, and I continue to learn languages including French and Spanish. Through programs like Scouts, Air Cadets, French Immersion and the debate club at my school, I have had many opprotunities to speak publicly and gain experience teaching others. I am also a longtime art student with a passion for sketching and painting, a trumpet player in multiple bands and I have also enjoyed playing badminton and soccer. I look forward to meeting and conversing with all of you!
